Fast-talker who made a point to tell me that she reviewed my chart the night before; but, was about to prescribe a course of treatment that I am charted as not supposed to take.

I was very well pleased with her treatment for me.

Thorough, listens and communicates well.

She was nice an respectful. But I felt like she was in a hurry. I know doctors are busy but a patient needs assurance that their health is taken seriously and time spent gaining trust from patient. Although she was extremely nice. I just feel like she was hurried.

Amber was well prepared when I arrived for my appointment. She had pulled my MRI report from pro scan and had studied it. She was well acquainted with the situation I was dealing with and offered solutions. She had a plan of care and by the time I got to the car after the appointment, I got notification that she had sent my prescription to my pharmacy. I am beyond pleased with her care.

Appointment was made quickly. Amber was very knowledgeable and clear in her explanation of my MRI and what would come next in my treatment. She was also very upbeat and positive. Just when I thought Community couldn’t get any better they did. Amber is a real asset!

This was my first experience with this office and found Amber to be very professional, knowledgeable and caring. She listened to all my concerns and provided me with a confident path to fixing my back problems. The medication prescribed has been very helpful so far.

At the beginning of my appointment, she promised to be thorough and get down to the bottom of it. She kept cutting me off while I was talking and trying to explain my symptoms and problems and timeline. Then she immediately says what she thinks my diagnosis is without any thorough exam. She was probably in the room for 10 minutes. She spoke super quickly and in doctor jargon in words that I don’t understand as a non-medical professional. I left in tears feeling like I don’t have any more answers now than when I walked in the door. I didn’t feel like she listened to me or explained things clearly or tried to actually find out what’s going on. She offered me meds and told me a bunch of hoops that I need to jump through with insurance before anything can actually be fixed. It was super frustrating.

I had opportunity to ask questions, and know that I can follow up in future if necessary.

Very knowledgeable and took the time to review my X-rays. MRI and CSCAN with me and my medical history

My apppntment was only 12 minutes long I spent more with the XR tech. She was very friendly. But I felt I was unable to fully explain my symptoms and talk about my problems I felt rushed. I felt I was brushed off by being younger as she said herself I didn’t have to worry much bc I’m younger when I expressed concern about genetic problems. Did not have time to fully talk about what was bothering me. Though super nice and friendly, I walked out feeling discouraged esp as someone who works in healthcare.

Number one she act like she was mad because I was always already taking the medicine she wanted to prescribe to me so she didn't do nothing came in there with pain and left out with pain she didn't do not nothing she was supposed to give me a EMG for a neuropathy and I read my my chart notes and she said I refuse the EMG and I'm waiting on her to make an appointment for it
