Dr. Jani is board certified in Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice. He practices general medicine and pediatrics and treats dermatologic conditions, including acne, basic gynecology
including PAP smears, cardiology, diabetes, hypertension, and regular school, sports and adult physicals. Dr. Jani
sees patients of all ages, as young as 2 years old up to geriatrics and understands Hindi, Gujarati, and Spanish.
In his spare time, Dr. Jani enjoys meditating, spending time with family, and outdoor activities.

Matthew George Knebel, NP

Matt Knebel, NP-C, received his graduate degree in nursing practice from Frontier Nursing University and is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Matt has been practicing medicine for 2 years. Prior to joining Piedmont he was a cardiology nurse at Piedmont Athens Regional as well as a fireman and paramedic. Matt specializes in family medicine and is a DOT certified examiner.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys lifting weights and relaxing around the campfire with family and friends.
