Dr. Marc Guitton served in the U.S. Air Force, and is board certified in Neurosurgery.
In his spare time, Dr. Guitton enjoys hunting, fishing and travel with his family.

Chelsea Manning, PA-C, specializes in Neurosurgery and Pain Management She is an Augusta native who earned
her Physician Assistant degree at Augusta University. She has been working with Piedmont Neurosciences (formerly Augusta Back Neuroscience) since 2018. Chelsea treats chronic pain conditions and aides in diagnosing and treating a wide range of surgical and non-surgical cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine issues
Chelsea enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and Corgi, Waffles.

Rebecca Mims, NP specializes in Neurosurgery and Pain Management. She is native to the area. She became a registered nurse in 2012 and earned her Nurse Practitioner degree at South University in 2018. She has been working with Piedmont Neurosciences since 2018. Rebecca offers treatment for chronic pain and aides in diagnosing and treating a wide range of surgical and non-surgical spine issues.
In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, hunting, fishing, and traveling.

Scott Bell, MD, earned his medical degree from University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio and completed his residency at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Hastings College and is board certified in Neurosurgery.
Dr. Bell has over 18 years of experience in neurosurgery. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Bell was in private practice in Columbus, GA and then Hastings, NE where he honed his techniques in several areas. Dr. Bell's special interests include cranial neurosurgery, minimally invasive spine surgery, and sacroiliac joint treatment.

Dr. Tuttle specializes in Neurosurgery. His special interests include spinal surgery, and he offers treatment for conditions such as spinal relief and brain bleeds.
He has been providing care for over 20 years. He completed his internship and residency in General Surgery and Neurological Surgery at Medical College of Georgia.
Dr. Tuttle is Board Certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons. In his spare time, Dr. Tuttle enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Kimberly Wright, PA-C, specializes in Cardiothoracic Surgery. Her special interests include 1st assisting in surgical procedures to include Vein Harvesting and open, closed, robotic, and minimally invasive procedures. Kim is very patient-friendly and collaborates with the surgeons and other providers for optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Katie Kemmeling, PA-C, specializes in Neurosurgery. Her special interests include surgical and non-surgical management of the Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumbar spine. Katie treats conditions such as back and neck pain, stenosis, and herniated discs.

Katie recently rejoined Piedmont Neurosciences after spending four years with the Southeastern Spine Institute in Mt. Pleasant, SC, and two years with the Burn & Reconstructive Center at Doctors Hospital.

Katie enjoys country music and Kansas City Chiefs football.

Dr. Alleyne is board certified with more than 30 years of experience in Cerebrovascular, General and Endovascular Neurosurgery. He joined Piedmont Neurosciences in 2018. He was elected to a six-year term as a Director of the American Board of Neurological Surgery in 2021.
Dr. Alleyne is married to Dr. Audrey Alleyne and has two children.

Dena M. Hammond, PA-C, specializes in Neurosurgery.
Her special interests include surgical and non-surgical management of the Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumbar spine. Dena treats conditions such as back and neck pain, stenosis, and herniated discs.
Dena is a U.S. Army veteran, and has been practicing as a Clinical Physician's Assistant for more than fifteen years.
In her spare time, Dena enjoys animals, especially dogs, as she and her husband are also professional dog trainers.
