Dr. W. Howell Jarrard is a general neurologist with a special interest in headache disorders, particularly migraine, tension-type headaches, and cluster headaches. He graduated from the Medical College of Georgia, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his neurology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), where he served as a chief resident in his final year. This was followed by a fellowship in Headache Medicine at the UPMC Headache Center. Dr. Jarrard provides the most up-to-date and comprehensive care to patients suffering from all types of headache disorders. Treatments can range from natural approaches that minimize medication use to some of the newest headache-specific medications available today. Additional treatments include botulinum toxin injections, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections.

Dr. Sonia Singh is an adult neurologist who specializes in Multiple Sclerosis and related disorders. Dr. Singh obtained her medical degree from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore in Southern India. After graduation she worked with dementia specialists in India studying dementia in culturally and linguistically diverse populations.
She completed her neurology residency at University of Texas Health Science Center Houston (UTHealth Houston) in the Texas Medical Center. During residency, she was involved with innovative learning strategies including a structural competency curriculum and was graduated with the prestigious Frank Yatsu Award for Excellence in Clinical Neurology. After residency, she completed a one-year fellowship in Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology from UTHealth Houston where she was actively involved in medical education and clinical trials.
Her expertise lies in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases of the central nervous system, including diseases like Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD), Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein Antibody Disease (MOGAD), neuro-sarcoidosis and autoimmune encephalitis. Dr. Singh has a special interest in women's health and cognition in neuroimmune conditions.
