Dr. Perry is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Honors College in Columbia. He earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, followed by residency training in Internal Medicine and a Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Perry specializes in the management of respiratory disorders, including asthma, COPD, and lung cancer, as well as sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Sleep Medicine, and Pulmonary Medicine. Dr. Perry is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the American College of Chest Physicians, the American Thoracic Society, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
Throughout his career, Dr. Perry has contributed to clinical research as a Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator in multiple clinical trials.
