Dr. Abdullah Pervaiz is a board-certified interventional cardiologist, specializing in minimally invasive catheter-based cardiovascular interventions. He is committed to providing compassionate care and pioneering solutions for patients with cardiovascular ailments. He specializes in a broad spectrum of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathies, congestive heart failure, valvular heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, hypertensive heart disease, and arrhythmias.





Dr. Pervaiz grew up in Chicago, Illinois, and received his medical degree from the Shifa College of Medicine in Islamabad, Pakistan. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School - Baystate Medical Center, where he also served as an associate chief resident. He pursued a cardiovascular disease fellowship at the same institution. Recognized for his exceptional clinical prowess and leadership, he was appointed Chief Cardiology Fellow, guiding and inspiring fellow trainees toward excellence. He continued sub-specialty training in Interventional Cardiology at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School - Baystate Medical Center. He has made significant contributions to medical literature, with numerous publications showcasing his expertise and commitment to advancing cardiology.





Dr. Pervaiz is board-certified in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology, and Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Nuclear Cardiology traveling. He continues to leave a profound impact on his patients' lives, embodying values of excellence, compassion, and innovation in the realm of cardiology.

Dr. Sam Rahman is an interventional cardiologist who specializes in catheter-based procedures for the treatment of coronary artery disease. These procedures include stents, PCI, complex coronary interventions, peripheral arterial disease, and device therapy (Pacemaker and ICD implantations). After obtaining his MD degree at Damascus University, he completed a fellowship in cardiology at the University Joseph Fourier in Grenoble, France. He then completed a residency in internal medicine at St. Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He next completed a cardiovascular disease fellowship at the University of South Carolina and its hospitals (Richland Memorial Hospital and Dorn VA Medical Center), in Columbia, SC. At the University of Arizona he received advanced fellowship training in interventional cardiology with dedicated training for transcatheter cardiovascular disease interventions.In addition to being board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology, Dr. Rahman held board certifications in subspecialty boards, including echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and Heart Rhythm Society certification for device therapy.Dr. Rahman has practiced for many years in France, in Columbia, SC, and in Ohio, before coming to Florence, SC. During his career, he acquired vast clinical experience in the treatment of coronary artery disease and device implantation. He takes pride in putting his knowledge and experience towards helping his patients.
