Dr. Lendrum Morrow is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM\&R). Dr. Morrow's practice focuses on the non-surgical management of spine and joint disorders. He specializes in fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided procedures in the spine and musculoskeletal system, as well as electrodiagnostics. Dr. Morrow graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Exercise Science and received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed his residency in PM\&R at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, followed by a NASS recognized fellowship in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine at OrthoAlabama.

Dr. Jacob Goatley is a sports medicine physiatrist who provides non-surgical care for musculoskeletal conditions in individuals of all abilities. His practice focuses on the diagnosis and management acute and chronic sports injuries and other musculoskeletal disorders. He utilizes ultrasound for diagnostic and treatment purposes, including ultrasound-guided injections for joint, tendon, and peripheral nerve conditions. Dr. Goatley takes a patient-centered approach, focusing on each individual's goals to support recovery, restore function, and promote long-term physical activity and performance. Dr. Goatley received his medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and served as Chief Resident. He then completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) as a member of its first graduating class. During fellowship, he served as a team physician for The Citadel and College of Charleston athletics, as well as professional teams including the South Carolina Stingrays and Charleston RiverDogs. He is a member of multiple professional organizations and serves as chairperson for the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation's Overhead Athlete committee. Dr. James Gardner is a non-surgical sports medicine physician and Assistant Professor in the department of Orthopaedics and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Medical University of South Carolina. He specializes in non-surgical treatment of acute and chronic sports injuries, treating medical problems in athletes, and the use of ultrasound for musculoskeletal diagnosis and interventional procedures for joints and tendons. Originally from Salt Lake City, UT, Dr. Gardner completed his undergraduate studies in Human Movement Science at Utah State University and received his medical degree from the University of Utah. He then completed an internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN where he served as chief resident. Dr. Keith Polston is an interventional spine physiatrist who provides non-surgical and minimally invasive spine care with the goal of reducing patients' pain and optimizing function. His primary focus includes musculoskeletal and spine conditions such as arthritis in the low back or neck, degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, spinal stenosis, whiplash syndrome, sciatica, disc herniation, buttock pain, and muscle spasms. Treatment may include physical therapy, medication management, image-guided epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablations, peripheral nerve stimulator placement, spinal cord stimulator trials, basivertebral nerve ablations, or vertebral augmentation. He also performs EMG and nerve conduction studies to diagnose peripheral nerve injury.

He subsequently completed a fellowship in spine and musculoskeletal medicine and health policy at UPMC before joining the faculty at MUSC as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Nagpal received his Medical Degree from New York Medical College in 2008 and subsequently completed his Physical Medicine \& Rehabilitation residency at the Baylor College of Medicine/U.T. Health Houston PM\&R Alliance Program. He then completed a fellowship in Pain Medicine at U.T. Health San Antonio. He is the Division Chief of PM\&R at the Medical University of South Carolina and a Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics \& Physical Medicine. He has a Master of Science degree in Physiology and Biophysics, a master's degree in Education in Healthcare Curriculum and Instruction, as well as an MBA. Prior to joining the faculty at MUSC, Dr. Nagpal served as the Division Chief of Pain Medicine at U.T. Health San Antonio for many years. He is actively involved in clinical research. He has been offering clinical care for patients with chronic pain since 2013, and his primary clinical focus is currently musculoskeletal pain. However, he evaluates and treats patients with all types of pain complaints.
