When I asked about the best choice between candied yams or sweet potato pie (Thanksgiving menu) she went online and showed me the nutritional aspects of each. This allowed me to determine the pie was the better choice.

The previous NP was a Type 1 diabetic herself and using the same technology I use. Abby is not however she shared that she wore a CGM just to understand what it was like. She has a good foundation of Type 1 diabetic knowledge.
