She's always explains everything thoroughly and provides ample time for clarification or to ask questions. I respect her expertise & knowledge on my sleep apnea, equipment and my care.

As I have mentioned earlier, she is definitely a patient advocate! She is empathetic, and her warm and kind demeanor really puts me at ease!! She also seems to be excited to help me succeed.

Anne is kind. She appears to listen in the call but inaccurately reflects parts of the conversation in the notes online. I feel she should check the medication she is prescribing with other specialists on the patient's Community care team. If she is doing this, she does not disclose that. I understand that the effectiveness of prescriptions can vary with patients; however, the side effects of those medications can be frightening. I believe, some of this might be avoided if she would check with the other specialists on the patient's care team. Her knowledge of medications sounds strong in the conversation, but then later does not hold up on research. She obviously has a strong interest and commitment to her current position. I believe she needs additional training in how treatment of disorders related to insomnia interact with treatment of other diagnosed conditions. She has the entire history in front of her, with names of the Community care team; but I hear no evidence that she has taken an wholistic view of the patient's conditions and treatment.

My video appointment was great. I’ve spoken with Ms. Batson previously. She is professional, informative, and pleasant. She finds out what’s been happening medically with me during the previous year. She checks my medical records. This time she made changes to my CPAP Machine based on answers to her questions. She puts me at ease and lets me know I can contact her at anytime if needed.
