Claire Edelman, MD, FACOG, earned her medical degree from the Duke University School of Medicine and completed residency at the Indiana University School of Medicine. Her undergraduate studies were at Washington University in St. Louis, and before medical school she lived and volunteered at an orphanage in Honduras.
She supports patients through every stage of life, from the early changes of puberty, through the joys and challenges of fertility and pregnancy, to the transitions of menopause. She is committed to personalized care grounded in the most up-to-date, evidence-based medicine.
Away from work she enjoys time with family and friends as well as playing card games, especially euchre. She also enjoys weightlifting and triathlon training. She and her mother have appeared on the HGTV program "Good Bones," and she wrote and directed her medical school's annual musical. She speaks English and Spanish.
