I love her bedside manor

The original appointment was not with Emily Case. When I checked in, Emily explained the reason for the change (original NP has new baby). The transition was comfortable; I had no doubts about Emily and was very comfortable with her. The experience was fairly brief, just a check-in, but I was asked thorough questions and got a good answer for the one question I had. It went well and I continue to be confident in the system. I appreciate Emily!
