Emily Tenbrink is the best doctor hands down!!!!! She is absolutely amazing! She delivered my son a few months ago and it was the best experience ever. I am very anxious and can be annoying with constant questioning and constant need for reassurance but Emily took very good care of me and reassured me along the way. She also made sure I knew all the options and gave me the right to chose which some doctor may not. She didn’t pressure me into making any decisions and supported every decision I made with my birth. She also is so friendly and just lights up the room when she walks in. Best obgyn!!!!

Dr. Tenbrink actually cares about her patients. She treats each patient with respect and listens to their concerns.

Copying my response from earlier, this was our first and only appointment with Dr. Tenbrink but she exhibited some of the same problems I've had with other Community doctors and NPs. I'm working with a less than ideal genetic background RE my cholesterol and blood sugar. Info about all of this is in my chart. Yet when I explain that to providers, I'm given canned responses about the importance of daily exercise and proper diet. This is really frustrating for a person who does a minimum of 40 minutes of daily cardio (even at 30 weeks pregnant) and already has eliminated all fast food and much highly processed food. I don't know what the right solution is but I wish Community gave their providers the time they needed to better prep for their specific patients. And from the providers side, listen to us. Don't just assume the advice that works for most patients will work for EVERY patient.

I can't say I look forward to doctors appointments but that is not the case when the appointment is with Dr. Tenbrink. I feel at ease and in great hands when I see her. The nurses she works with are also fabulous. Overall, a great experience.
