I would rate my level of trust, etc. higher, but of course, my preference would always be to see Dr. Gould if possible, since she is the doctor who has diagnosed my issues and who, I presume, would be my surgeon if that were recommended. However, when I cannot see Dr. Gould due to scheduling issues, I hope always to be able to see Hilari Hunt. She was wonderful, caring, took all the time I needed, made me feel confident in her advice.

The last couple of times I’ve seen her she seems occupied somewhere else other then being in the examination room ! It’s like she has lost her bedside manner !!!!!

Hillary acted upon my actual need for the moment and set me up to handle the immediate future for the procedure I had done.

Not allowing NP to come into an exam room with an attitude & thinking she is going to decide what is the right treatment for the patients and not get irritated when patients want time to talk to their primary & the rest of their medical team. Don't make a patient feel like their feelings or concerns are irrelevant. Allow patients to ask questions without shutting them down. The majority of questions that were wanted to be asked were not. Let the patient's voice be heard instead of just the NP's voice. NP should not make a patient or their family members feel like we are inconveniencing them & be rushed out.
