Jared Michael Snyder, DO

Dr. Snyder was born and raised in Indianapolis. During college, he volunteered at Community Westview Hospital. After graduating from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, with a bachelor's degree in the fields of neurobiology and physiology, he attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania.



Following medical school, it was important to him to return to the city where he was raised to continue his medical education. He chose Indianapolis and Community Westview Hospital not only to complete his family medicine residency, but also to establish himself in the community to provide compassionate healthcare for its residents.



Dr. Snyder has always had an interest in wound care and has been providing this service for Community Health Network since 2013. He now dedicates all of his time to helping Hoosiers across central Indiana to treat challenging wounds at Community North, East, Anderson and Howard.
