Dr. Sorg joined the Community Spine Center at Community Hospital North in 2008 after completing his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He received his bachelor of science degree in chemistry and master of science degree in physical therapy from the University of Indianapolis prior to attending medical school at the Indiana University School of Medicine. During medical school, Dr. Sorg was inducted into the prestigious medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha.
In addition to specializing in providing care to patients with neck and back pain, Dr. Sorg's areas of interest include electromyography, fluoroscopic guided spine injections, occupational health and sports medicine. Dr. Sorg is a member of the American Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and International Spine Intervention Society. He has been recognized by the NCQA's Back Pain Recognition Program.
Dr. Sorg lives in Carmel, Indiana. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, attending sporting events and running.
