The first 2 or 3 times, Jenna Smith was very difficult to communicate. However. The last 3 meetings have been significantly better. I think she can still invest 1 to 2 minutes of personal interest to me as a patient. She is amazingly smart…that is great. She is better, personally, than she was earlier in my relationship.

Jenna Smith did an excellent job with the cortisone shot to my knee. I had not met her before, and am glad to know she is part of this practice. I have had good experiences with other nurse practitioners and physician assistants in other Community practices.

I have met with her 3 times, one of those was in surgery. Obviously, she is busy. In all three incidents, she did show any specific interest in me. I felt like I was just a number, not important. Comparing this to the treatment received by you, Dr. Yelito and countless others at Community Health, this seems strange

Look forward to dealing with Jenna. She is excellent at her job and patient and pleasant to deal with.

Honest and straightforward

I was made to come in for a 2nd knee surgery follow-up even though I told them my ankle was giving me trouble since the injection. Arrived 10 minutes early and waited 30 MINUTES PAST my scheduled appointment time with another client waiting in the outer area with me, and 3 in the rooms waiting for her as well. It was as if she just took a lunch or dinner break in the middle of her work schedule. I was squirming by the time they called me back for a 5 minute appointment!!! Terrible service and a terrible exam!
