Dr. Taulman-Young grew up in northwest Indiana and went to Indiana University for undergraduate studies. Following her undergraduate work, Dr. Taulman-Young completed her medical education at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. She then returned to Indiana to complete her residency in podiatric medicine and surgery with added credential in reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery at Community Westview Hospital in Indianapolis. She remains involved in Community's Podiatry Residency Program as a faculty member.
She is also a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Indiana Podiatric Medical Association, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and the American College of Podiatric Medicine. She is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.

I had encountered her in the past, but due to location, I had to seek care from a provider at another hospital. However, after a few visits, I began to realize that I wasn't receiving the same level of care and the compassionate treatment that Dr. Taulman-Young offers. I decided to return to her, and it has been a wonderful experience. She genuinely cares for her patients and it shows in everything she does.

She is so easy to communicate with and answers questions and is open to suggestions. She is a wonderful teacher in the care of feet to young podiatrists and to patients.
