Dr. Hiiatt was very friendly and addressed my concerns. She explained everything with me.

I felt rushed and that she had pre-determined my diagnosis without an examination or discussion. The appointment lasted roughly 5 minutes. She was in and out of there.

She put me completely at ease for the treatment.

She was 30 minutes late to the appointment, talked over me, and was very rushed. She spent a maximum of 3 minutes in my room and in that time managed to diagnose me with something that would require surgery

Dr. Hiatt is a very good doctor.

I have put my feedback on the previous page for the comment. I basically stated that my first impression of Dr. Hiatt wasn't a good one being as I didn't feel heard or even had time to ask her questions about what cause my bad inner & outer ear infection or what she found or thought about my CT Scan. She didn't give me a follow up appointment. I can say that I would go back to see her only because my family member let me know that's her ENT doctor & she's usually pretty thorough so therefore I would give her another chance.

I was disappointed with the outcome/ diagnosis of this visit. Her response to me was that this office was a head/neck, cancer office. When I heard this I was taken aback. I heard...b/c I don't have cancer I should not b there?! If I didn't have vertigo...why did I get dizzy...what caused it? It was a short/sweet visit, which I was disappointed

This was my first visit with Dr. Hiatt. I only spent about 5 minutes with her, so I can't really fairly judge the care I received.

Dr.Hiatt provided care and excellent relief in a prior sinus surgery. I was recently advised to have a minor procedure. I look forward to breathing better. Dr. Hiatt’s staff is very helpful.

She spent 30-60 seconds with me. She was condescending. She spoke over me and interrupted me when I tried to talk. She diagnosed me without even doing an assessment. She looked in my throat only after she already decided on my diagnosis. She prescribed a medication without telling me what it was-I pointedly asked her the name of it before she left the room. The visit summary has false information-stating I do not have any hearing problems or tinnitus-I wear hearing aids and have tinnitus and history of all this for decades! She didn’t do any kind of health history or assessment of me. Worse experience with a doctor ever!

Kelly has always given the best care and shows great concern for the service she gives for my ENT problems. I know she cares for my health problems as well as if they were her own. I have recommended her to others who have looked for an ENT provider.

She spent 30 seconds and said this is healthcare after Covid…told me my referring doctor didn’t contact the right people and she shouldn’t be seeing me yet.. I was supposed to be referred to a pathology specialist for a biopsy and not her..wasted time and had to pay for a office visit.

I don't feel like she spent enough time talking with me about why I came in and what is going to happen next.

Dr. Hiatt showed genuine concern for my on-going issues the first time I saw her. She immediately identified a possible physical cause of my symptoms and provided a path forward.

I was anxious to attend my appointment but Dr Hiatt listened to my concerns, ensured to get all important information, and was able to come up with a plan. She was highly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward with my healthcare. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Hiatt for your ENT needs.

I am a retired physician who practiced in Indianapolis for over 40 years. Kelly Hiatt represents the best combination of empathy, approachability, surgical and scientific skill. She takes a careful history and establishes a working diagnosis. She communicates clearly to the patient to help them understand the treatment plan.

Excellent visit. Dr. Hiatt provided great care and insight. If all doctors were like Dr. Hiatt you wouldn’t mind going to her for your needs.

She answered our questions we had. She was very personable and great with our child. We didn’t feel rushed and felt like she cared.

I have a chronic ear problem that can’t be fixed. Other ENTs I’ve been to act like they don’t want to care for me but Dr. Hiatt has never made me feel this way. She seems very happy to provide the occasional maintenance care my condition needs. I like that a lot.

I seemed to be rushed through, she didn’t answer any of my questions , was supposed to call in a prescription and 4 days later still haven’t received it called and talked to a machine (( no call back) 3 days ago Very unprofessional and impersonal experience in my opinion. Could’ve had the same testing at miracle ear or Costco Is not worth a 54 Mike drive one way to see her

I respect the fact that she was honest with me. She told me that my issues were too complex and gave me suggestions of other places to go and sent in a referral (I think anyways. It is out of network and I haven't gotten a call) She offered help that she thought might help unfortunately in my case I do not think they would have helped. I would absolutely refer her for simple ear infections and sinus infections.

I found Dr. Hiatt to be prompt, friendly and seemed genuinely concerned with my issues. My only complaint is that I was asked to visit a clinic concerning my dizziness issues and this institute is not covered by my insurance. I do not have the money to pay out of pocket.

I love and trust Dr. Hiatt. She listens to me. She ran tests, knew what was wrong, did a procedure to fix it. She gave me medicine to use regularly and I no longer have 4-6 sinus infections a year. I recommend her to everyone with ENT issues.

Dr. Hiatt diagnosed my condition without asking me my symptoms or any issues I was having. I find it hard to believe that diagnosing my issue can be done without knowing what I am experiencing.

She is an excellent doctor. She has treated my kids, and I knew that she was great from having them see her. So, I requested her myself. I also tell our friend and family about what a great doctor she is. She is very friendly and practical.
