I saw this NP only because Dr Combs and staff are no longer available to practice at Community. This is very disappointing to say the least. Kristyn provided great care and treatment although I would much prefer Dr Combs was available should I decide on surgery. I have noticed other changes with my attending physicians offices and I have a concern with what may be happening in the Community network.

She is a delightful caring professional young woman.

Kristyn was knowledgeable and courteous at every interaction with me. She answered all my questions and concerns and went aboveboard to make sure I received all I needed in my care. She’s very thorough in accessing my care as well as my wellbeing. I would recommend her in postoperative care

I was a little confused over the fact that Dr. Hart discussed a shoulder replacement sometime in the future, and it seemed to me that Kristyn was unsure about it (which is ok) I guess I was a bit confused as to if surgery is necessary or if continuing Cortisone injections would be prudent.

When I went in with a complaint of issues after my surgery, I don’t feel like there was an in-depth investigation into what was going on with me. I feel like I was being ignored when I told them that I felt the stretching inside of my wrist that I had not felt ever before the surgery. She took measurements of how far I could bend my arm and that’s it and offered physical therapy. As of today, I now have a lump above the surgery site. I’m not sure if my sister is coming back or if this is something to do with the surgery, I feel a burning sensation on the inside of the surgery site and I feel like if she would’ve taken the time to evaluate my injury further I probably would’ve caught it a whole lot sooner. Very unsatisfied with my previous visit and I will be Seeking medical attention Elsewhere
