PN Lorraine is very smart and knows about diabetes. She is very patient and she takes the time to listen to your concerns and gives you sincere advise. She will order test needed and will follow up when needed. She goes over your medical records to include all test results and explains your medical issues in plain English so you understand.

Recommended, to watch crackers, cheese strings, or peanut butter at night!? On her notes, she did not write down my average glucose level but she rather focused on the one time my glucose went up due to having a shake. Which I never drank again. This makes me not trust this individual or any recommendations. Very disappointed in Lorainne.

Lorrie is wonderful. Greets you with a great smile. Listens while I voice my concerns, asks great questions and is very reassuring. She always seems to be on top of things going on in the field of endocrinology. Also tries to save you money on prescriptions which is much appreciated. My health has really improved, thanks to Lorrie.
