Mark Franklin Deutsch, MD

Dr. Deutsch earned his medical degree from University of South Florida Medical School in Tampa, Florida. He completed his residency in general surgery at Louisiana State University Medical Center/Charity Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Deutsch completed his fellowship in plastic surgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center, in New York (Bronx), New York. Double board certified, he is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. In addition to cosmetic procedures, Dr. Deutsch specializes in breast reconstruction for breast cancer survivors.
