Mary M. Spolyar, MD

Dr. Spolyar is a board-certified dermatologist. She grew up in Lebanon, Indiana. She received her undergraduate degree from Yale University and her medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed her internship at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, prior to training in Pensacola, Florida, to become a U.S. Navy flight surgeon. Dr. Spolyar was then assigned to Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, South Carolina, where she served as the flight surgeon for VMFA- 224, a Marine Corps F/A-18D Hornet squadron.



After completing this tour, she went on to complete her dermatology residency at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, becoming board certified by the American Board of Dermatology in 2003. Dr. Spolyar completed her service in the Navy as a staff dermatologist at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, in Portsmouth, Virginia.
