Dr. Beer is taking over for my surgeon who had a medical emergency himself. This phone call was her method of introducing herself to me. I found her to be pleasant and friendly. I trust she will be competent, professional, and skillful.

When having just met her, I really don't know about the trust or care of the provider yet! Concerned that with aggressive cancer, this network is not able to schedule or move fast enough, in this type of situation! This definitely needs to be improved, when dealing with patients lives???
