Dr. Srivatana takes time with each of his patients. He may be running a little behind on his schedule, but you know that you’re going to get the same time with him as the last patient. He is so thorough in explaining every detail in making sure you understand your treatment plan. I have liked Dr. Srivatana from the start because of what type of doctor he is. He is honest, caring, and forthcoming about the treatment and what can and cannot be done. I really appreciate him being a part of my care team!

I did not feel respected. He made fun of my heavy menstrual bleeding and kept joking about it, even though my appointment was for lupus. It was not okay. I wrote more details in the last section of this survey I didn't realize there would be more questions... but to be clear the doctor who I was referring to in the last comment box was Dr. Srivatana.

Dr. S. is the whole package - attentive, very caring, knowledgeable, and efficient (but never hurried!). When my insurance company notified me that they would no longer cover the drug that had been working well for me and said I'd have to try other drugs instead, I began to wonder how I should respond. Before I could even call his office about it to ask what I should do, Dr. Srivatana had the whole issue resolved, and my medicine was approved and restored!

I was very lucky to be referred to Dr Srivatana the first time I was sent to an RA doctor. I have been a loyal patient since the beginning. Dr. Srivatana is one of the most compassionate providers I've ever had. He is very thorough, makes sure all my questions are answered and makes you feel like a human being and not just a number. He isn't dismissive and truly tries to get to the root cause of an issue, which is few and far between when dealing with autoimmune issues, as they're never a one size fits all thing for autoimmune patients.
