I felt the doctor tried to understand the problem even though he could not access all the information because of a computer problem. He clearly explained and prepared me for the uncomfortable part of the examinations of my throat.

Dr. Avidano came out of the gate put me me at ease. He asked me plenty of questions about my concerns & he gave me pertinent & knowledgeable answers & led me to where I needed to be to get a diagnosis.
