Dr. Nathan Kurtz, a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, joined Community Spine Center in 2015 and serves patients in the north office. The doctor is very pleasant and seems the genuinely care about his patients. My only concern is that my x-ray was over 1 year old and he did not request updated imaging. We have a plan for treatment. I will inquire about additional imaging at my follow up appointment to ensure that the plan addresses my medical needs.
