Priya Kulkarni Young, MD

Priya K. Young, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist. She joined Dawes Fretzin Dermatology Group in 2007. Priya was born and raised on the north side of Indianapolis. After completing her undergraduate degree at Purdue University, she received her M.D. from Indiana University School of Medicine in 2001. Priya then moved to Milwaukee to complete her dermatology residency and board certification at the Medical College of Wisconsin where she served as chief resident during her final year of training. Before joining Dawes Fretzin, Priya was an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the Medical College of Wisconsin working with residents in a teaching capacity in addition to her clinical responsibilities.



She has a special interest in medical dermatology and in patients with complex dermatologic conditions. She also has significant training in pediatric dermatology. She continues to participate in dermatology resident teaching one day a week at the Indiana University Medical Center.
