Dr. Rachel Carr was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She graduated from Indiana University with highest honors and a bachelor of science in biology. She then received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. She recently graduated from the Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program at The Ohio State University. In her final year of residency, Dr. Carr was honored to be appointed administrative chief resident
Dr. Carr is passionate about women's health and enjoys practicing at Community East. She is a strong believer in evidence-based medicine and staying current in the latest surgical techniques. She has special interests in contraception and educating and caring for the teenage population.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring downtown Indianapolis, live music, and cheering on the Colts.

Dr. Carr is kind, caring and compassionate. She is very knowledgable but doesn't let this get in the way of connecting with me as a patient.
