Robin Girdhar, MD, MBBS

Dr. Robin Girdhar was born and brought up in India and graduated from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. He did his internal medicine residency at The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education (Scranton, PA) where he served as chief resident. There, he received the Robert Wright outstanding resident and Golden Stethoscope Awards for excellence in patient care and teaching. He went on to do his fellowship training in diabetes, endocrinology and metabolism at State University of New York, Buffalo. Dr Girdhar is a member of American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE) and the Endocrine Society.
Dr. Girdhar enjoys all aspects of practice in clinical endocrinology and has special interests in management of chronic illnesses including diabetes, obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, osteoporosis and thyroid disorders.
In his free time, Dr. Girdhar enjoys cooking, listening to contemporary music and traveling with his wife.
