Dr Kaufman is an excellent physician. Greta communication skills, very knowledgeable, patient, and really cares about my health.

A very kind and caring doctor. I could tell we would be a good fit after about 10 minutes. He's also looking for a plan to help lower the amounts of meds I need to take daily, reduce my pain and live a better life.

He has always sent me to other specialists that have indeed found underlying issues...

Clearly had a plan and worked the plan. He explained everything constantly. Delegated very appropriately. He was not rushed and did not get interrupted. His instructions to assistant were kind and clear. Lastly he was very quick to read My Chart and lay out a plan. All well done.

Great doctor great bed side manner

Dr. Kaufman is caring toward his patients, treating them as he would want to be treated. He is knowledgeable, but not an egotist. He offers well-thought-out solutions and advice to concerns we bring to him leading his us through his thinking process, offering next steps...and when there are multiple avenues of treatment listens to the patient.

I have not seen a in like 20 years and he will listen and talk with you like a person. He has a good attitude. I never had a doctor like that.

It might be he’s young and not as experienced but there have been some issues. A unnecessary can or worms opened up with my use of Diclofenac. I had a kidney specialist already watching this closely. I thought just iinexperience. Anyway he seems so earnest that I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt. I see he will become a great asset to Community. I was disappointed when I left and realized I forgot to ask about flu and covudvaccines. They were not offered to me. Today I also discovered I couldn’t get my labs drawn because I was given insufficient information. I was told the test had to be done before 9am and was only told by the doctor that they had to be drawn on the am. After preparing by taking my meds early to get my BP up and not eating, I was told they couldn’t do the test because it was too late. After trying to contact Dr Kaufmans office without getting staff to answer the phone, the lab said I’d have to come back. I believe these issues can easily be addressed and improvements made.
