Dr. Spurgeon is a very good doctor. One of the most things I like about her is that she listens to everything then she make sure she checks everything out to rule everything out when you don’t understand something she make sure that she breaks it down till you understand and will not let you leave the office until you understand and I love that about her. She is the absolute best doctor I have ever had in my life and I’m 51 years old, I love her.

My visit with Dr. S. Spurgeon was very good. She was very professional, but I was very comfortable with her. A very good listener and will find ways to solve whatever medical problem you may have. She shows that she cares.

I would say Sarah was the best primary care I have had in a long time. She is very professional, caring and she listens. I recommend her to all my friends. If there something that she doesn't do in her professional skills she will get you to the right doctor. I rate her her as a 20 she is the greatest and her customer service skills are awesome. I couldn't say enough about her she is just wonderful.

Dr. Spurgeon is a very caring and kind doctor who truly takes the time to address all your needs. She ensures that all your questions are answered before she leaves the room. I have never felt rushed or hurried during my visits. She is very present and attentive throughout the entire appointment.

Dr. Spurgeon utilizes critical thinking when it comes to evaluating a patient's case. She considers the entire medical history and takes the time she needs to guide the patient through recommended testing and lifestyle decisions. She is also very respectful of pronouns and those in the LGBTQIA+ community. She approaches every patient with curiosity and grace.

Appreciated her thoroughness and willingness to listen and collaborate on a plan of care with me based on my concerns and preferences. I felt heard. She was very respectful of me being a lesbian and wished me a happy Pride Month (having not brought it up at all during this visit)- that meant a lot!

When I first met Dr Spurgeon it was made very clear to her that I had several different diagnoses with a complex history at that time I was still in my open enrollment window she told me no problem I can take care of that and manage your health little did I know that she is a part-time doctor which has made it extremely difficult for me to actually get appointments with her in person now they have changed to video visits given the associated cost I was incurring from her canceling visits an hour before they were supposed to happen I have not had an overall good experience with her nor her staff when I told her that after contacting the insurance if I wanted to switch providers I would need something from her saying that she was referring me to another doctor and why she was unable to provide the care deemed necessary she did not acknowledge this and just moved on to setting appointments several months in it advance that in my previous experience we'll get canceled the day of and rescheduled out even further even though she has made it a point to tell me that she has a certain number of same-day appointments I have never once been able to get one of those appointments even after being rescheduled several times

Best doctor I have had in years. Love the fact she takes the time to really listen to your health problems. My visit lasted over an hour because she really cares about you and wants to find a solution to your health problems. Wouldn't want any one else for my doctor so happy I found her

We have been seeing Dr. Spurgeon for 4 years, myself and my 2 children both see her and she does a great job at caring for them. She is so kind and caring.

Dr. Spurgeon addressed all my concerns and explained issues sufficiently and clearly.

My work switched insurance plans this year. I had the option to go with a less expensive plan, but Community Health doesn’t accept it. I chose the more expensive plan specifically so I could continue to be seen by Dr. Spurgeon.

Overall, Dr Spurgeon is a very great doctor what she likes his time management if she can, if she can correct her oversight on time management and get her patience in and out at their scheduled times it would be great. That is the only complaint that I have is the time management I had an appointment on May 1 at 10 AM. I got to the office at 9:36 AM to check in my appointment time of 10 AM came and went. I didn’t get back into the doctors room until 10:46 AM. I still didn’t physically see my doctor until 10:50 AM so again the one and only thing that is like my biggest pet peeve is zero communication and not being on time for something that you are required to schedule they would also like for patients to be respectful and show up 15 minutes prior to their appointment slot. I have no problem with that, but when you are disrespecting me as a patient after I was there while ahead of my 15 minute check in time then you don’t come out to communicate with me. That is what really blew my mind and Pissed me all the way off. I do not like not communicating. I don’t like that.

You can look at my previous comment from the questions before, but I will reiterate that it was a very good experience, and she was very thorough and asked me what I felt like was all the right questions and answered any question that I had and listened to all of my concerns. Great overall experience!

Dr. Spurgeon took the time to dive deep into my medical history and asked many questions to inform her decision about next steps to address my health concerns. She made me feel both heard and valued. I would definitely recommend her as a primary care physician.
