Vida Victoria Umstead, NP

Vida Umstead, NP, earned her Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Florida. She has been board certified by the ANCC since 2001 and CDCES certified since 2021.

Vida brings over 20 years of experience and has a strong passion for diabetic care and education. She strives to empower individuals and their families in managing their health effectively.

Vida specializes in comprehensive care for acute and chronic conditions for ages 2 and up. Her special interest includes diabetes care and supporting patients in achieving better health through lifecycle changes and nutrition.

In her spare time, Vida enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, agility training with her Lab, Winston, hiking in North Georgia, and reading.

Vida is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.
