Anna Thomason, CRNA

Anna is a certified registered nurse anesthetist from the Anderson area, graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 2021 with her Master of Nurse Anesthesia (MNA). Anna is certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA), and is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA). Prior to joining the team at MUSC, she provided anesthesia at a level 1 trauma center for a vast range of surgical procedures, and was a member of the heart and in-house call teams. Prior to becoming a nurse anesthetist, she earned a nursing degree from Clemson University in 2012. Anna worked as a CVICU RN at AnMed Health Medical Center until 2019, where she then began her training to become a CRNA. Anna has great compassion and dedication to her career and the patients she cares for.
