Raj Kullar, MD

Dr. Raj Kullar is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who provides the full array of surgical and nonsurgical orthopedic care. He specializes in sports medicine and joint replacement surgery (hip, knee and shoulder), including MAKO robotic arm-assisted joint replacement surgery.

"I'm committed to helping my patients get back to an active lifestyle in the most minimally invasive fashion possible," Dr. Kullar explains. "I believe in the shared decision-making approach, where the patient and I decide together the best route for treatment."

A native Californian, Dr. Kullar earned his medical degree from University of California, Davis, and completed his residency and internship there as well. He completed an arthroscopy and sports medicine fellowship at the University of Utah Medical Center and a traveling fellowship at the Universitario di Scienze Motorie in Rome, Italy.

When he's not working, Dr. Kullar enjoys live music, golf, travel and time with his family. He's fluent in English, Spanish and Punjabi.
