Dr Burg is an excellent doctor, he listens, explains and understands my personal case.

Dr. Burg made me feel worthless . Not someone who's health he cares about at all. My heat valve and L. Ventricle issues are no big deal, certainly not to him. He offer advice on how to improve my health at all. I am 81 years old and only have medicare so pretty much worthless.

Dr Burg made both my husband & i feel very comfortable. He explained things so we could understand the plan going forward. He was very professional and at same time treated us with respect and answered our questions!

I left with a feeling of confidence over our meeting and discussion .

Dr. Burg reviewed all of my medical information. We then discussed the information and he made recommendations.

He didn’t initially seem interested in my concern but eventually started to listen after hearing of my family history.

Dr Burg is a caring and compassionate physician.

He was affable enough but did not regard patient feelings or history well enough. He showed up and recommended a test but did not want to hear my wife explain or approach her to ask if she had concerns. He seemed to be rushed and wanted to move on to the next patient in an effort to meet his count or do his rounds. In my experience, I see that as possible burn out in progress but then I am only the patient with my wife as my only support system trying to keep me clear headed and focused. I hope in emergent crisis he responds well but there was to much of a rush and leave approach to where I felt what I said was ignored. I was interrupted, forced and treated like a number like waiting in the department of motor vehicles for my number to be called because I may not look that elderly should disqualified me from quality care. I'll say this, not once did anyone ask my spouse feed back about how I was feeling or ask her questions.

Dr. Burg has proven to be thorough in my treatment. He is understanding and creates an air of trust, professionalism, and genuine care for his patients.

He did not rush, took his time and was very thorough. He explained everything he needed to do and why.

He is the best. He will answers all concerns He also makes you feel good when you leave the office. Your mine is at ease. He puts you on the right meds. You don’t have to worry about anything just do like he tells you and you will be fine

I already did. He said that putting color pictures of a heart and its chambers on the walls would be too hard to find and too expensive. I said that I could find them on Google or Amazon. 😉
