You can tell she cares about me - she recalled personal health information I had related to her in a previous visit. I did not feel like just another patient to be seen!!!

Heather was very helpful with me as a senior and informative. This I appreciate so much. I thought Id never be 77 but here I am. When I would take my mom for Dr appts I felt offended many times how mom was treated….so many times the Dr would say “well you are 80, 83 etc”. How sad to be talked to like that. Like your an age not a person.

She answered all questions, explained reason for increased dose, what to look for regarding side affects. Apologized for late start. Exhibited respect for my husband and I.

You can definitely see, from the moment that she first greets you, that you and your health care are very important to her. She put me at ease immediately, and she was able to ask and answer questions in a manner that was easily understandable!!!
