I have been seeing Kristi Orbaugh for nine years. She has become a friend. Going to the cancer center is not fun, but because I know I will see Kristi, I look forward to going. She is so sweet, outgoing, fun to chat with, and very professional in her evaluation and care I receive each visit. This time was my last visit with her and I really felt sad and happy. Happy because I know I am in a good place with my health, but sad because I will no longer see Kristi. She is the best. More nurse practitioners need to take lessons from her on how to be around and with patients.

I don’t appreciate that wrong information is noted in my chart. I was waiting on the video call for 20 minutes for Kristy. I had to clock out from work and sit in my car for the call - I don’t have a private office. I was contacted 39 minutes after the scheduled appointment while I was already back at work. Meanwhile my chart reads that I forfeited the appointment which is absolutely untrue. I also would appreciate if I would not get billed for this appointment. If I arrive late at my scheduled appointment I won’t be seen and have to reschedule. I reserve the same right for myself. I waited 20 minutes and nobody showed for my 30 minute scheduled video appointment.

I had to use a land line phone conversation as I have difficulty getting into my chart for information. Sorry but I did try.
