One of the Best Care Providers I've ever had

Latonya is a very engaged provider. She is easy to talk to and listens. She is kind and has a heart for her patients she truly wants to help patients have better health.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit with Latonya! She had a great bedside manner and, a sense of humor which helped me feel at ease right away. Plus she was going through some of the things I am going through. There’s nothing like that kind of understanding to aid in your care.

She is sooo engaging and listens to your concerns and addresses them. I just love her professionalism and straightforwardness and how she treats her patient (me) with respect.

She was very professional, very informative when explaining medicine that’s prescribed to you. She’s definitely a beacon of light. It was definitely a pleasure meeting her and I trust her judgment on any concerns that I may have. You can tell she’s passionate in whatever she does. 10/10 for me. Highly recommend her for all my medical needs or concerns if you have any.

At this time, I would not see myself returning to that specific nurse practitioner that I visited, due to the fact that her and her staff were extremely unprofessional, unfriendly people and very difficult to communicate with. Upon being asked a question check in was extremely unsettling, the reaction in which the nurse practitioner gave me when I told her that I heard an unprofessional comment was extremely uncalled for and made me want to remove myself from the environment entirely, but because I had already paid for services to be provided. I felt as though me leaving would be unnecessary. Furthermore, during my exam the nurse practitioner, then tried to be a little bit more courteous, and expressed interest in conversation, but at that time I was already at my wits end and ready to leave immediately.

She was exceptional! Very caring and sensitive along with professional and efficient. She took very good care of us.

This visit was very different from my physical with her last year. I appreciated her directness last year. This visit, I felt she wasn't listening to some of my comments. As I said earlier, the comments she made to me, really bothered me. I don't want to have that experience again. For the most part, it did not feel like she was on my side.

Ms. Sultzer notice my skin was dry, so she left the examination room, loaded a hand with lotion, and came back and applied it to my dry skin. I thought that was very thoughtful.

Even though she has many other patients she makes me feel like she knows me personally and is vested in my health.

Listens and picks up on social/behavioral cues very quickly nd adjusts to the patients needs to make them more comfortable which is hard to find. She did not rush through the appointment and made sure I understood the who what when where why and how’s of everything that was done and discussed. Usually I leave feeling more lost than when I came but not with her.

NP Sultzer always wants to know how can she point me in the right direction after listening to my concerns. I love our interaction .

Latonya sultzer is a person that shows that she cares about you personally. If she sees something different is going on with you she starts asking questions like why and what is going on. She is very thorough. She makes you want to care about your health. And she looks like she care about her own health. I hope she never leaves and if she does I hope it’s not too far for me to follow.

Latonya is super friendly. I have not been there in a year and she remembers that last time we were there we had just put our dog down. She told me to get another one and we did. She is not only worried bout my health she truly cares how I am as a person. Don’t ever let her go cause if you do I am out of there
