A GREAT DOC

Dr. Rao gave me plenty of time & effort but did not give me follow up to do & what was wrong when labs came back normal. Left hanging w/o a diagnosis or next steps. Very unusual for an appointment with her.

Dr. Rao makes things feel easy. She keeps me at peace and it is a just breath of fresh air. I trust her insight, I know she cares about me and her other patients and I leave her office knowing that I am in good hands. With other doctors that I have seen or my family members have seen, this was not the case. Some experience I have witnessed with other doctors in the area: dismissive, wrong diagnosis, rude, biased, ageist, and arrogance (very odd behaviour for a doctor to exhibit with a my teenager). Dr. Roa is caring, nurturing, funny (at times), attentive and seeks to get to the bottome of the issue at hand.

She is thorough, informed of my medical history before walking into the room, and provides clear instructions when managing identified problems.

Need to give patient more time

I have never had a doctor I trust as completely as I do Dr. M Rao! She is brilliant, explains health issues well, listens, pays attention, and I trust her completely. She's personable and professional at the same time. And, when I've not followed her advice, she can be quite stern - but I never feel demeaned. She's and excellent internest in every way!
