As I mentioned before, Mary, Ellen was timely, patient, informative, and was able to help me relax and actually enjoy our time together. She was outstanding!

I would only seek for a primary care doctor the would stay

She had read my chart before entering the room and was ready to talk about what we needed to do for my blood pressure. She was professional, yet warm and easy to talk to.

Her response to getting the results of my husband’s xray was poor. There was mixup of what antibiotics were prescribed between her and another np. Plus when a nurse finally called to tell me the Xray results, she left a message and therr were medical terms I had no idea what they meant.

A few things reading the after visit notes, she had my child listed as a 19 year old, when they are 17. She had listed they had started the medication in March of 2024 when they have been on this medication since March of 2023. She listed that they were living with Mom and brother, when they said they lived with mom, mom and brother.

Maryellen was very sweet and easy to talk with.
