She pursued her medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine. After completing her IU Methodist Family Medicine Residency, Dr. Baloski joined Community Health Network in 2018.
As a board-certified family physician, she prides herself on providing high-quality medical care based on building long-lasting relationships with a diverse patient population.
