Dr. Milligan also served as the chief resident for ambulatory medicine at Indiana University. He completed his fellowship in infectious disease at IU where he was involved in research that looked at strategies to prevent HIV transmission in the Scott County, IN, HIV epidemic.
Dr. Milligan is board certified in internal medicine and is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America. He specializes in the management of all infectious diseases with a special interest in treatment of HIV and Hepatitis C.
In his free time, Dr. Milligan enjoys cooking, traveling and reading a good book. He lives in Greenwood with his wife and daughter.

He shows that he cares. You could tell him anything and he'll keep it between you and him. I've seen a lot of doctors and he's one of my doctor favorite. He's a very good doctor.
