Robin James Fowler, MD

Robin J. Fowler, M.D. has been a leading pain practitioner in the Atlanta area since 2005. Double Board certified by the American Society of Anesthesia in Anesthesiology and Pain Management, he has performed more than 12,000 epidurals and revolutionary pain procedures that have improved the quality of life for thousands of patients. He prides himself on keeping his practice up to date on the latest techniques and procedures that are medically available. Dr. Fowler holds the title as Medical Director of four pain management surgical centers in the Georgia area each averaging from 150 to 600 procedures per month. Dr. Fowler is also the founder and medical director of Interventional Management Services, LLC, a surgical center management company serving centers ranging from New Mexico to Florida. Dr. Fowler was educated at Auburn University and received his doctorate and specialty training at Emory University. He obtained Board Certification from the American Board of Anesthesiology in 2007 and following, Pain Medicine in 2008. In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Fowler serves as a thought leader in Pain Management. He has been asked to speak at top medical universities, hospitals and community programs around the country, and is a speaker at several national ASC conferences. He has had over 30 speaking engagements and has served as an advisor for Pain Management to several Private Insurance Carriers. Dr. Fowler has been consistently named both a top physician and leader by the Becker’s Ambulatory Surgical Center Review since 2009. Dr. Fowler is a member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine, the National Pain Foundation, the American Pain Society, the American Medical Association, American Society of Anesthesia, Georgia Society of Anesthesiologists, the International Anesthesia Research Society and the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine.
