I was surprised to learn on this follow-up visit that Dr. Uppuluri was unaware that I had suffered a TIA during surgery. That seems to suggest no in-house community among doctors. She is my cardiologist and recommended the procedure. It seems to me there should have been a follow-up system set in place to keep track of my post op condition.

Dr Uppiluri answered all my questions in a matter that I was able to understand and answered all of them (and I asked a LOT of questions).

My initial request for a cardiologist was scheduled for more than six weeks out when my PCP initially put in referral. Because of previous and current Afib, CN scheduling reached out with an available earlier appointment - but different cardiologist - Dr. Uppuluri. I believe this was in my best interest as she was extremely thorough and knowledgeable after reviewing my chart from out of state.

Dr. Uppuluri is a gem!

Since 2014 when she first discovered my widowmaker and arranged for immediate stent implant her follow-up has been a cheerful visit updating me with test results and furthering my life when a pacemaker was needed. Certainly would not be here at 90 if she hadn’t shown interest in me as a patient at 80.

Loved my time with her as I was a patient of Dr. Gamache and looking for the same time and concern I received before. She was very patient and understanding of my family history without being overly pushy for medication that may not be needed. That makes me trust her.
