The receptionist was the issue. Not the surgeon. The receptionist was listening nor communicating so, who knows how bad the communicating was back to the surgeon. Sarah was the only nurse that listened, communicated and was able to bring peace. The receptionist with Dr. Corey plastic surgeon was terrible, unpleasant, unprofessional which made me feel the communicating back to Dr. Narayanan and Dr. Corey wasn't factual or correct. Nurse Sarah was excellent.
