I just didn’t feel like she was concerned about my feelings how I was feeling I also didn’t like that. She said my pain was more uncomfortable. It’s not like I can’t work through my pain. I thought that was rude because you can’t say that my pain feel uncomfortable and I can’t work through it. You can’t feel my pain. I feel like that was just rude.

She's great-- new enough to not know poorly the whole network is and glad to have a job and not realize the whole industry is pathetic

Didn't just focus on reason for visit that day. She asked if there were other medical concerns and made recommendations for next steps. She listened. Seemed genuinely concerned about providing the best care.

I essentially answered this question in my earlier response. I would add here that she both takes the time to listen intently and then explains in detail what treatment plan is appropriate and why that is so. She also consults with other professionals such as the pharmacist (Lauren with whom I also interact) and shares with me their shared medical assessment. That process has caused me to build great confidence in both these professionals. Susan's practice of seeking another voice is impressive in an extremely busy medical office.
