Dr. Eisinger is very thorough and explains everything that is being done and the options that are available regarding the issues.

Dr. Eisinger is highly recommended for any ENT needs.

She seemed very irritated and acted like she did not have time for us. She seemed like she did not care and that the problem was not worth it. This was a waste of time and will not be going back.

Dr. Eisinger appears to be a competent physician but seems to be more focused on keeping to a schedule than in getting to know her patients and establishing a rapport with them.

Dr Eisinger is caring and knowledgeable. The office staff are great and my experience has been great.

Like I mentioned before she did nothing to help. I came for a lip tie and this appointment has been scheduled for over a month. I wish I would’ve been told that they don’t help with those and that I needed to see a pediatric dentist before I ever came to the appointment. We came and waiting a while for her to even come in the room just for her to rush and look and then tell me she can’t do anything about it. It was a complete waste of time and I don’t like getting the run around for something so simple. First it was my pediatrician that referred me to her, now she’s referring me to a dentist. I don’t have an issue with knowing a dentist is who I’m supposed to see but I’m tired of making it to appointments just to be told to go somewhere else. In Mrs. Swap a case she barely had to even look, she already knew she wasn’t going to do anything with his lip tie but I feel like for the sake of still getting paid she still wanted me to come in.

Dr.swapna when walked in the room had a definite confident air about her. She looked me in the eyes when she was talking to me. I felt she was very upfront and honest with me.

Was very please with the time and care professional she gave for me.

She was knowledgeable and efficient.

I am really impressed with the quality of the Doctors and nurses at Community. They have solved medical issues for me others have not. I trust them and they are pleasant and the staff is also wonderful. They make me feel I am in good hands and safe.

Her knowledge and bedside manner was excellent. The plan that she came up with was exactly what I would expect.

She is very professional answered all my questions. She was truly concerned about me as a patient. And made sure I had all the information I needed. Excellent experience. I was nervous about the procedure and she made me at ease.

Don’t believe listened to reason being there completely.

She made me feel comfortable and explained my condition in terms I understood.

Dr. Eisinger is not very warm with children or parents. She’s strictly business. She is polite and professional, but I wish I had been referred to a surgeon with a little more interest in children.

I think Dr. Eisinger knows what she's talking about, and she will take care of you and your needs. However, she isn't going to be the most warm and friendly physician you meet. If you want sympathy, you should go somewhere else.

I did not satisfied. She was rushing through on her patient .
