I would like to be able to communicate more directly when I can't get an appointment scheduled sooner when issues arise. I have used nurse triage phone calls as well as mychart and I have taken written messages to the 2nd floor desk. I just don't know if my messages to her are delivered. Most recently I attempted to move a January 2025 appointment to a November or December 2024 and the day was moved to a few days later in January than original and I was called twice to say I could cancel the appointment I tried to establish sooner. It would be great to have more direct communication with a practitioner and fewer encounters with others that I don't know and who don't seem to understand my particular situation if at all possible.

I appreciate all info that Tara shares with me about my diagnosis, medications and other treatment options. She is so kind, compassionate & understanding of my concerns. Thank you, Tara

Tara researched my question about a relationship between taking Fosamax and irregular heartbeat. Her review did not result in a definitive answer nor did she make a recommendation based on what she read. She recommended that I talk with the doctor who is prescribing the Alendronate that I am taking. This all seemed reasonable to me.

Tara has a unique habit making her different than other healthcare professionals, she always looks right into your eyes when she answers your questions. If she sees confusion or not thoroughly understanding on your face, she will take time answering the question again with different wording. I have been seeing Tara for more than 3 years, never once she will try or rush out of the room. She makes sure all of my issues or concerns are cleared before she leaves.
