Deena Mary Atieh Graham, MD

Deena M. Atieh Graham, M.D., specializes in treating women with breast and gynecologic cancers. She is board-certified in medical oncology and hematology as well as internal medicine. Prior to joining John Theurer Cancer Center, Dr. Atieh Graham served as a medical oncologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center for six years, focusing on the treatment of cancer in women.

In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Atieh Graham has conducted clinical research assessing novel HER2-directed therapies and exploring new postsurgical treatment regimens for breast and ovarian cancers. She co-authored a chapter in Molecular Targeting in Oncology entitled "Targeted Therapy in Breast Cancer." In addition to the medical treatment of women's cancers, Dr. Atieh Graham also focuses on fertility preservation, survivorship, and enhancing the quality of life for patients living with and beyond cancer.

She currently serves on the medical advisory board of the North Jersey chapter of the Susan G. Komen Foundation and has been an invited lecturer for the American Cancer Society. Dr. Atieh Graham grew up in Northern New Jersey. She is dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care to support her community and patients in their time of need. She also collaborates with other members of the healthcare team, including nutritionists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to the whole patient.
