As a patient, I think communication on the recorder and with the secretary, for example, directly from the doctor, should be a little more sensitive, a little rough when dealing with the employee, and a little more sensitive with the patient, because sometimes the patient needs time and the doctor has to react a little, and it's not because one doesn't want to work, but because one doesn't feel well and one wants to keep the job, and if they don't give them the time, they can't get better. Was a great visit

My appointment was for 10:15. I wasn't called back into the office until 11:20. No one informed me of any delays when I checked in. Despite waiting over an hour - Dr. Charen saw me for approximately 7 minutes and during my entire visit he was almost halfway out the door. I understand he was running late - but that wasn't my fault and my appointment shouldn't have been cut short because he was late.

I had to wait four months for treatment after numerous phone calls and a message in the patient portal , all unanswered; finally made my complaint and concerns known on personal, speaking with an office person about the u usually long delay in someone ordering the gel for my knees! I was told there are personnel issues but that symptom affect patient care! I will no longer come back again!

Dr. Charen doesn't rush patients out the door like so many other doctor offices today. Attentive care, understanding and the right treatment matters here.

Great doctor and staff. He always make you feel comfortable

I brought several MRI reports with me. I think it was two or three all in together. And I brought them all as a comparison for the doctor so he can see old versus new, most recent. My concern was that the doctor only looked at the old, maybe wasn't listening to me. Although he had the reports and the disks in his hand, he never looked at the most recent one. It wasn't until I was exiting in the waiting room, speaking to one of his receptionists about some other issue, that he came out and asked if I had a more recent MRI, which I gave him. I said, doctor, you had this in your hand. I gave it to you as a comparison, the old and the new.

I loved it because I don't speak English and they gave me a translator. I had a person who was translating everything that the doctor told me, everything that I asked the doctor, he could answer it for me this day, another appointment with another doctor who is right there in the office, the town that same day resolved, he also attended to me and gave me the results God what the doctor had sent and you leave super super satisfied, excellent doctor, excellent staff that attended me in this office, really from 0 to 100 I am going to give them 100% excellent, excellent work on the plates, in everything, in everything very they treated me very well.
